Summer main sar main rukhapan or khujli se aapko irrtation feel hoti hai or chamakdaar baalon ke liye iska upchaar karne ki zarurt hoti hai. Experts ka kehna hai ki ache shampoo se daily wash karne ke sath hi tezzz dhoop main scarf ya duppatte se sar dhakne se or masaz karne se scalp ko healthy rakha ja sakta hai.   9. Baalon par continous styling gel ya hair spray ka use karne se bache, nami banaye rakhne ke liye khoob sara paani piye, khaas kar subh ke time.
  10. Tezz dhoop main jyada der bahar rehne se bache. Daily kam se kam 10 min pranayaam kare.
